14-day refunds

You can ask for a refund within 14 days of purchase, no reason needed. Because you can download and try the app for free, we apply the same period to Market items.

How do I request one?

1. Email info@nablacode.com with your purchase email and order number.
2. We review your request and reply as soon as we can.
3. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank it can take a few business days to show up.

After a refund

The license for a refunded item ends and the item stops working in the app.

Legal rights

This policy does not limit any mandatory rights you have under consumer law.
