License
Nablacode Yazılım Danışmanlık Ticaret Limited Şirketi grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use Mochi Dock on Macs you own or control. The app is licensed, not sold.
Acceptable use
- Do not reverse engineer the app or try to extract its source code, except as the law permits
- Do not copy, resell or redistribute the app or its artwork without permission
- Do not misuse partner pairing or give your cat offensive names or ones containing personal data
Purchases
Items in the Market are one-time digital content, not subscriptions. Prices are shown at checkout. For refunds see the refund policy.
Intellectual property
The code, characters, artwork and sounds of Mochi Dock belong to us and are protected by copyright. Using the app does not give you ownership of any of it.
Disclaimer
To the extent permitted by law the app is provided “as is”. We don’t guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Your mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the app, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for it. This does not apply to intent, gross negligence or anything the law does not allow us to limit.
Updates and termination
We may improve the app and change features. If you breach these terms your license may end. You can stop at any time by deleting the app.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Your statutory rights as a consumer and the competent consumer bodies remain unaffected.
